All this talk of drinking for your 21st birthday made me realize that I literally haven't ever been drunk or had alchohol since I've been legally allowed to do so. All my drinking and drunkenness happened when I was very much underage haha

You'll literally have the same experience 10 years from now too. kind of overrated.

I'd easily say 18 year old me could outdrink 26 year old me any day. Thinking about how I used to drink 2 Four Loko in a matter of hours is nauseating.

the only reason i havent completely given up drinking is because i love trying new beers and whiskys and i wouldnt wanna be like a "i still eat chicken and fish" kind of vegetarian if you know what i mean, its either completely gone or all bets are off.

i drink 3 beers now and i wake up in the morning with a headache lol

Drink water in between each beer, stick to low-sugar IPAs.

When I was a sophomore in college, we had a kegerator in my dorm room. Literally no clue how we got away with it for an entire year, especially being on the 3rd floor so every time we needed to bring up a keg, or throw one away, we had to carry a huge outdoor garbage can with it.

Y'all are making me feel like an alcoholic to be honest. Although I've definitely calmed down since the college days.

Sophomore year of college was fun, but I am not proud of it.

my 22nd birthday was worse than my 21st in terms of drunkenness, i was celebrating at Millers Ale House and my friend bought me a shot of 151 after i was wayy passed needing any of that in my life and i poured it into a plate of french fries and the bartender decided i had had enough and cut me off, then i proceeded to tell him how much of a prick he was because "its my birthday".

not a proud moment but my friends have some funny pictures apparently that i've never seen

Right duh sorry about that for some reason i thought it was more than that! Even when its 6 hours it would only be 8 there so not that late yet. Well it depends when your bedtime time is tho. You should join the listening party thread and vote. Break the tie.

    My 21st birthday was boring.

But the 3.5 years I worked at a Best Buy I was essentially an alcoholic. We all were. There was no other way to survive that job.

I have a beer pretty much every night with dinner. Sometimes (mainly on the weekend) I'll have one with lunch or a second one in the evening.

And some Fridays we get into the kegerator at work, but that's typically a "one and done" situation.

My 21st was a Sunday night, so nothing was open, but me and one of my roommates had the same birthday, so we just had a roomie night with us and the other two guys that live with us. We had to basically specifically ask a bar to stay open for us so we could do something, because everywhere else was closed, but it was a great night.

I was a wreck in college...went out like 5 to 6 nights a week, drank an absolute ton and at the time was in a very long-term relationship. Have no idea how/why she stayed with me (we eventually broke up years after college)...and then I calmed down for a year or two after college, but then my buddy built a house (like, a nice house) when we were 24-years-old and me and his brother moved in and we basically relived college for another 4 years until we all met our current wives/had kids/etc.

I still drink a few nights a week, but mostly nice craft beers and not a lot at a time.

No worries haha! I've missed all of this - what's everyone listening to? Out at the moment but I'll definitely look into it later if I'm not too late!
