I haven't gotten much chance to listen to the one you gave me quite yet. Working two jobs is a pain in the ass. Hopefully soon!

I've been listening to a lot of old blink bootlegs dating back to 1996 and damn I really miss old Tom. My favorite period of the band was probably between the TOYPAJ tour and Pop Disaster Tour. Just really liked the set list they played during those tours.

 

What are the best bootlegs you've found so far?

 

Off the top of my head from the Reddit site you sent me:

10/1/97 from NY - sound is near perfect, it has interviews in the beginning and middle of the set so maybe it was originally released on VHS/DVD and it was ripped from that
12/11/98 from CA (short set and all the songs are on various B sides from WMAA and ATST singles) but sound is great
11/5/99 from Los Angeles (that show was one of the 2 shows they recorded for the Mark, Tom & Travis Show live CD) sound is really good
11/30/99 from London (some of these live songs are on B sides to Enema CD singles and WMAA and ATST was on the Urethra Chronicles DVD, according to setlist.fm it's missing half the set though).
7/25/2000 from San Diego (your recommendation)
7/21/01 from NJ
4/24/02 from CA
4/27/02 from San Francesco
12/3/03 show from Toronto - sounds like it was recorded by a professional, really good/short/fun set
5/7/04 show from GA
5/9/04 show from FL

I've heard the Toyko show from 2003 and Paris show from 2004 are good sounding but haven't check it out yet.

The 1995 and 1996 shows are really rough sounding in quality obviously. My goal was to get at least 1 really good sounding show per tour/year to have.

Folks, there's no reason to think they won't do their next album with feldy. It's happening.

Well I don't think they're officially writing a new Blink album right now? Maybe Mark just wants to record a few ideas to keep on hand
