    When I put this together last night, I was like "fuuuuck, people are gonna have a hard time with this first round"

    Surprisingly easy picks across the board for me.

    1930 is just such a powerful song, that outro can still shake me if I'm in the right headspace. Biloxi is just a near perfect summer rock song too imo.

    Considering Blue Dahlia is a top 3 song for me, I'm already in a panic seeing it up there.

    Ain't that a shame is one of favorite songs on Get Hurt. I'm also a sucker for when someone uses "wolves" in a song for some reason. So when Fallon did it I was sold.

    Just looking at whats already advancing and thinking of some of their other songs, I already feel overwhelmed. This will be way harder than any other bracket I've participated in.

    I too love "Ain't That a Shame"...I wasn't sure how i felt about it initially but then I saw them play it live and then it clicked.

    Losing 45 or 1930 off the rip was tough. I honestly could change my tune in a few hours. I like those tough decisions because that will make the bracket shakeout more interesting as we progress through the rounds.

    Exactly. Unfortunately once a vote is cast, there's no taking it back. Really has to make people listen back to each track in-depth and break down what they love and don't love about them.

    I’m not the biggest fan of Sink or Swim. Basically when any of those songs show up I’ll have to listen to them because there are only two or three I recognize by name

    I don't mind Sink Or Swim, I think it's decent. The problem is that just like Get Hurt, the albums in between are just much, much better.

    I will be surprised if I pick a single Sink or Swim song in this bracket. Only way it's happening is if it's two SoS songs against each other or the rival is "Stray Paper."

    I really did not expect Biloxi to perform this well against Dahlia. I guess it's still early.

    There is a match up of 2 SoS songs and it's a doozy

    SoS is a great album but has fallen victim to the band just releasing some absolutely fantastic other records.

    Let's just get this out of the way now

    59 -> Handwritten -> A/S -> SoS -> Hurt

    I love Sink or Swim, I think it stands on it’s own even against the rest of the discography, I love the raw nature of it, and I think it’s a better record than Handwritten.

    Keepsake, Too Much Blood, and Desire put Handwritten just a hair in last. I know it’s Get Hurt for a lot of people but that record meant a whole fucking lot to me and where I was at in life
