The last time I saw brand new there was endless dbags all over the place, I kept moving all the way till I ended up in the back and even then people were bothering me. I got alcohol spilled on me like three times. Also the band sucked. It was a bad time. The rest of the bill was sick though so I couldn't miss it.

 

Some songs off of Mutiny came on my Spotify today and I shut that shit down immediately. That album should stay in 2008 imo. That first Fireworks ep tho

 

Never been a fireworks album I didn't like, empty houses are far and away better tho

 

I really don't listen to music really anymore, more podcasts. I've only been to two concerts the last year: Tool and Brand New's TDAG tour. If I had to pick a dream tour right now based on what I do listen to when I listen to music, it'd be Strike Anywhere, A Wilhelm Scream, No Trigger.

 

i had tickets once to see Latterman when they first got back together, but I couldn't go at the last minute and ended up given them to doomcrs Orlando.

I remember stickam chats a long, long time ago with Chad and Wade. Was this the same thing?

Every tour I've seen TWY on has been awful. Last one was like, Real Friends and Seaway or something as the openers. Moose Blood too right around the time it came out someone in that band is a garbage human. And there's a lot of stuff with TWY that I'm still not cool with in general (and their last full length was trash) but they're probably the only nostalgia band for me from the early 2010's and still means a lot to me even if I don't particularly like them as much anymore.

 

The only WY album I've listened to is "Get Stoked On It"

 

if WWE ever does a WWE-14 type show, they need to get Marty the Moth. Dude is perfect for the WWE style of working, but he needs to be able to do creepier shit

Yep if memory serves his name was Nick. I don’t think a single person in those chats listened to the band. Dude was nice though and put up with fairly constant shitting on his band.

 

If my memory serves me right this would be a few years after the stickam chats. Different people, but same general idea.

The smackdown shortly after summerslam. He debuted. Next week he beat mike kanellis in 3mins. Then nothing.

But he's still doing NXT touring, and I assume his initial feud is with Ziggler, so, he'll appear again in a week or two, talk shit to Ziggler, win at HIAC, and then go from there. And in 3 months Jinder will find something racist to say about him, presumably

 

Belair continues to impress. NXT women's division is looking really strong, especially if they can add Piper and Storm.

Only issue with Belair is whenever she wrestles I get anxiety someone is gonna step on her hair by accident.

 

When she was running the ropes and Evans ducked down, I thought “this would be a perfect opportunity for a heel to grab her pony tail and pull her down hard”

 

There is a lot more to her character than the pony tail (for example, her 450) but it certainly adds a lot of possibilities to get excited about. Can see her do a bunch of matches where her hair is on the line. Maybe even make her lose it point. Works both as a vicious tool for use to use as a heel like she did vs Sane in the MYC or a means for heels to use against her if they wanna keep her as a face.

Add in the fact that you've still got Kai, Ruby, Nikki Cross, Ember Moon, Kairi Sane, Abbey Laith... NXT women's division is gonna be really fun over the next few years

 

That Velveteen Dream/Aleister Black segment was so so good. Dream is becoming one of the absolute best characters in wrestling
