This band has potential but yeah when I saw them open for The 1975 almost every song sounded like There's A Honey

Ha! No they did not. I did just lol though.

I get asked a lot from friends what song the reference is to. I guess I never realized how many bands have used variations of "carry the weight." Little did everyone know, I knew Brand New would have it on their 5th album and created it ahead of time. B-)

I actually really like that new Pale Waves song, a fair bit more than "There's a Honey".

Despite its similarities, it's definitely superior. I love it

What songs from this record are getting retired for next your? Tough to think about but it's inevitable

i'd like to have ugh/ a change of heart to stay out of any of them. the sound and somebody else seem like the locks to stay. i feel like everything else is a toss up except maybe loving someone. would love to have ballad for a while, and tmbmb but it seems they'll never bring that one back.

I had to see them twice on this tour specifically because I had to see these songs again before they cut them for the next album. I wish they'd keep Lostmyhead but I doubt it

She's American, If I Believe You, UGH!, The Sound and Somebody Else...maybe Loving Someone seem like locks to stay.

I'm betting A Change Of Heart, If I Believe You, Somebody Else, Loving Someone, and The Sound all stick around. Love Me, UGH, and She's American are toss ups. The rest I imagine will become rarities moving forward.

I'm just happy I was able to see the title track live. Wish I was able to see BOMAMB but that's alright

I'd love to see Ballad live sometime. That's one of the only ones from this album I haven't seen them play, along with This Must Be My Dream, Nana, and She Lays Down, although not many people have ever gotten to see thise last two. How To Draw would be amazing to see live if they ever decide to bring it out.

Having just seen them a handful of months ago, I can definitely say Loving Someone and it's accompanying lights were an excellent part of the show.

I could see "UGH!", "She's American", "Please Be Naked", "Lostmyhead", "The Ballad Of Me And My Brain" and maybe "If I Believe You" (though I hope not) all being dropped. Possibly "Love Me" too after having it as an opener since before this album was even released? I think a couple of older/other tracks will be swapped around too (see: "Medicine").

"Loving Someone", "Somebody Else", "A Change Of Heart" and "The Sound" all seem like they'd definitely stay.

it depends heavily on what the vibe of the album is, they craft setlists with purpose so if songs fit better within their show concept they'll keep them even if they aren't as popular

Maybe a controversial opinion, but my first choice for a song to cut would easily be She's American.

Would be one of my choices to cut too for sure. One of my least favourite on the album now probably.

I'd agree. A total banger, but the least meaningful and important for me
