people were talking about the figuring out the solo on 137, i can play like the first 10 seconds of it but i need to sit down and actually figure out the whole thing

i think with a lot of practice i could figure out the solo in 137, i just rarely take that much time learning someone elses songs now adays because i also write music myself.

to me as a guitar player, the solo in In The Water sounds harder than 137

But the feel and the articulation of the solo on 137 is what will get ya!

Well, no one really knows, but there's a joke going on regarding the solo in 137 that it's not that difficult to hit the notes, but capturing the feel is difficult

 

I wish I could explain it to you, but you have to go back and read to get the feel and the articulation.

@Kingjohn_654 I feel like yesterday you were talking about experiencing writers block? Or something? Anyways, I'm experiencing it right now with this damn paper and I found this advice to be incredibly helpful.

 

That video was great. Hit a little close to home considering I have about 3 months worth of studying to fit into the next 4 weeks before I take the cpa exam (but it's also the day I see Brand New so what do I really care about?)
