Pre chorus and outro are killer, chorus is huge. Love the lyrics of the bridge but I don't love it like some.

Honestly think it sounds more like alk3 with Travis than blink...probably because the chorus really takes over and it's totally alk3

 

If Neighborhoods did number 2 with no promotion, I bet this one can maybe hit #1.

 

I have no doubt that this will top the charts. Calling it here folks, blink-182's "California" will debut at #1 with a record-breaking 2 million physical copies sold in the first week in 2016.

I feel you. Im actually trying to cancel my purple variant order since I rather have the 180g one. However, I sent the request to cancel it and King Merch hasnt gotten back to me and I already bought the 180g one so Im really hoping I get my money back lol.

 

lol I think they'll get back to you tomorrow. I ordered the new Say Anything vinyl from MerchDirect or whoever and cancelled it the day of. They emailed me back the next day and got it cancelled within the next couple days

Not sure if anyone answered this but I got a confirmation email from them and it says Signed LP zip up drum head bundle.

"I have a friend who shares management with Blink. Apparently tom let them use the name for a certain period of time, believing the album would never happen. He's mad that it is actually happening, and there's apparently a stipulation that he will be returning to the band next year sometime or else major legal battles will ensue. Based on this information, it makes sense that California could ACTUALLY come out tomorrow because it seems like this process needs to happen fast."

To clarify, the amount of time they have "lease" on the name is not known. That being said, I think Tom saying he's still in the band is somewhat true based on this. What is true is that Tom didn't really think the album would happen so quickly, and that he isn't very psyched on it. But I'm sure he'll benefit very handsomely financially speaking from this, so lose win? The way I heard explained was that Tom can come back in "X" amount of time and if they decide not to have him back, the legal issues will ensue. Glean what you choose from that.
