I love the podcast and I'm bummed that the show is on Amazon

 

would you put it on the level of Krampus? cause I loved that movie. I know it's not a good movie, but I had so much fun watching it

 

Krampus is a good movie tho

 

I mean I guess I mean how it was advertised as a horror movie but it's not really a horror movie in the way that this is frightening, but it's a really solid story with good characters and like a fun spooky tone. idk if that makes sense

like a higher budget goosebumps adaptation, and I mean that in the best way possible haha

 

I Looooove Krampus, so definitely not.

I love that show so much

 

it literally pains me to know that there are so many people who haven't seen it who would absolutely adore it

 

I have never seen it and am not entirely sure what it's about/where I could even find it. But I have heard near-unanimous praise for it

 

i know a lot of people will hate mother! buttttt i kinda enjoyed it. and have enjoyed it much more in my post-viewing analysis.

its heavy handed/on the nose/a bit much at times but im a sucker for biblical allegories

Put together a prelimary Halloween-ish playlist yesterday while I was at work.

Can I crowdsource some ideas here? My brother is trying to put together an October list but wants a few that are in the middle of family Halloween and all-out horror. I told him The Craft and The Guest, does anyone have a few more suggestions?

 

I'm also a huge sucker for those so I'm pretty excited for it

 

It's available on both iTunes and Amazon Digital and is worth every cent. You can watch the entire series in about an hour and a half (each episode is 10 minutes long). One of the best animated shows ever and a must watch for fans of halloween/horror/autumn.
