If you haven't watched Akira do it, it's a good gateway. Thanks to it I am now entering the more extensive anime world.

 

Akira is much recommended even to non anime fans. One of the greatest animated films of all time

 

It actually wasn't! It was after the great migration when I became a Power User

 

Akira, Princess Mononoke and Paprika are three films I think any film buff should watch.

 

Maybe switch out Paprika for Millennium Actress.
