But, I'll probably find some way to display the drumhead some day if I ever move into a place with like a basement or something that I can decorate, so that's a kinda cool little extra, and I'll keep the pins and wear the hoodie next winter for sure. So I justified it in my head.

 

Did you guys remember a demo version of Built This Pool?

There ya go... I find it to be kinda dumb, but some people are very invested in it.

 

Kinda dumb? Yet they purposely put a G on TOYPAJ and a J on Neighborhoods themselves.

 

What I mean is that it can only show about 1/3 of the image. When I zoom it out, it just zooms back in (it's forcing me to make it the full height of the screen). So it looks like this

I think it's not really worth being mean over, to be honest. It's ok for people to feel different things, or be upset about something, or discuss even immature topics in a mature way. More than just "it's a joke" but actually looking at the nuance of the joke and all that. I posted more thoughts in the 'California' thread on this specific topic, but my one ask for this thread is that we try and keep hard discussions (oh god so hard not to make a joke here, I'm infected again — STOP IT JASON) civil. That we understand we're all different people looking at things and no one is saying you're a bad person if you like music that offends someone or them even. We've discussed this in the Kanye thread and others as well, some music offends people in ways it doesn't offend other people, I think that's a reasonable place to start and say: we all understand that, so let's not cause more pain for anyone and make it personal or make fun of anyone or anything like that. It's ok to both like, or not like, specific songs, jokes, etc. - there are some discussions about punching up, about what actually is the butt of a joke, and stuff like that that can happen for sure, but let's at least all treat each other well when we discuss it.

My only ask - treat your fellow blink fans with respect, let's start with that premise: We respect each other and like music. That's my one ask.

 

Yeah, I cut it that way on purpose because it's a square image, but your phone is a rectangle. So I did it in a way to cover the entire screen instead of have black bars at the top or bottom. Or a tiny square in the middle.
