The only semi-difficult one for me this round was Petal vs. Glitches.

That riff around the 2 minute mark of Just As Real...might be my favorite on the entire album.

Missed yesterday, I'm a bit sad Religion of Speed didn't win but eh every song is great so it's hard to disagree too much

 

Agreed on Just As Real, easily the best riff on the album. Just As Real, Petal, and Map Change are my three favorite tracks on this.

The "let there be shade" bit starting at 0:24 is one of my favorite breakdown riffs of all time

It's so good.

I've seen them a couple times since Low Teens came out but unfortunately haven't seen them play Just As Real...

 

I'm still waiting to catch them on this cycle as well, I'm really hoping I didn't miss my chance

 

They seem to tour pretty much nonstop so hopefully there will be a couple more tours on this cycle.

I saw them open for Beartooth last year and then a few weeks ago opening for TBS. They were awesome (as always) both times but I would've preferred to see them headlining to get another 5 or so songs.

 

Ah yeah, I couldn't justify the time slot and cost of the Beartooth show, and the headliner came on a day I was out of town unfortunately. Only seen them once on Ghost Inside co-headliner a few years back but I'm so much more familiar with them now I really need a new show lol

 

I think the only time I've ever seen them headline was the Take Action Tour in 2008. I've seen them probably 9 or 10 more times but it's pretty much always been in a direct support slot. They always make really good use of their time though and get a good amount of songs into their sets.

The Low Teens songs sound great live. This last time seeing them I was pretty excited to see them play Fear & Loathing and Cult Like which they hadn't played when I saw them open for Beartooth.

And Map Change is really good live. I just don't understand them not closing with it - they closed with F&T when I saw them a few weeks back (and I think that'd make the perfect opener haha)

Agreed, but Petal blows literally everything about Glitches out of the water

 

Looking like some difficult round 3 decisions tomorrow (for me at least)

 

Always seems to either be an extremely tough Round 1 or Round 3 for me in every bracket. (With the exception of doing Deja Entendu, in which every choice feels like the wrong choice.)

Also to the discussion before, I would absolutely love to see Just As Real.. live.
