i stopped eating meat, milk, eggs, etc mostly to help control my acid reflux and slight weight issues. ive lost about 30 ibs in the past 3 months but ive also drastically increased my physical activity between working two jobs and going to the gym. ive been vegan for over a year and its been rad but im not one to force it on others.

Just caught up on the thread after being mostly busy for the past few days looking for apartments in LA for my fiancee.

I'm disappointed but not surprised SciFi would fall off the top of the charts so quickly. Surprise releasing an album with no real promotion on the band's part to follow it up isn't a way to get consistent album sales, but I also don't think they're too worried about it, because it's still a successful release with lots of acclaim. Plus it might gain in popularity further beyond the initial 50,000 people who bought it once they start touring and the physical version comes out.

    Also Nirvana >>>>> Foo Fighters

Five guys burgers are the best. I've had a burger from there once a week for the past 2 years.

I like Five Guys burgers, but I like In N Out burgers waaaaay more. But I'm biased being from Southern California lol. I do like Five Guys fries slightly more though (not counting animal fries).

I had Five Guys for the first time in awhile last week. It's the absolute best

    A little pricey though

The general forum turning into people's shit opinions on food made me stop posting on the site as much as I used to, don't let that bleed over into here. There's nothing more boring than the same conversation about cilantro and fast food preferences for the 500th time.

    i have indeed, they aiiiight.

it's not really in n out's fault TBD, I don't eat any fast food and I don't like fast food at all for the most part. I think their burgers are fine, but the top end of fast food is still the bottom end of food in general for me

Everytime I go to the doctor, I'm 5 pounds heavier.

Headed for disaster and a heart attack but I hate lettuce and hate vegetables so there is not much I can do (easily that is)

Go for walks, start at like 20 minutes 3 times a week, then 20 minutes 5 times a week, then 20 minutes every day, and then start increasing your times. It doesn't have to be all about exercises so much as it is just getting your body moving.

It's really rewarding to see results by eating better and exercising more. At the end of January I decided what I had been doing just wasn't gonna cut it going forward and I'm currently 50 pounds down from where I was then.
