  1. Finally caught up on this thread after a busy weekend! Bummed I missed out on some conversation, particularly about our partners. I started lurking on AP in 2013, made an account but didn't post much. Made an account for Chorus as soon as it was announced, pushed myself to post more (I suffer from anxiety and it's still tough to post sometimes) and I'm glad I did. There's only so much music related rambling my family will listen to, so I need an outlet and this site's community is amazing. My boyfriend is as passionate about music as I am, we haven't discussed what music we want at our wedding but I'm sure it'll be a long, entertaining talk! Will definitely feature Paramore and Brand New and half the songs he's dedicated to me.

Also, I haven't listened to Science Fiction at all this weekend so I'm looking forward to listening again this week. Getting kinda antsy now, haha

I feel the opposite, the first 3 songs (while I love them all) are the weaker part of the album.

I think I agree with this, it's an amazing stretch. Add Can Never Be Heaven in this stretch though.

"Waste" is a dark horse contender for my favorite track on the album.

It’s really been growing on me, along with “Can’t Get It Out”.

(I tried 50 for a while but it's easier for me to keep track of a thread when it's only 25. I won't apologize.)

I personally prefer the Lit Me Up-Same Logic stretch more than the one in the middle everyone is talking about.

The best stretch ever is still Sowing Season-Limo though.

Too easy to get lost on a page.
And really, if it were the most convenient and easy way, would it not be the factory setting?

That factory setting logic is absolute nonsensical garbage.

This album makes me feel like a void in the music scene as a whole has been filled.

I didn't feel there was a void, but it sure was a nice surprise.

this album is very good but it's hard to listen in full, it's a long one and not one i generally want to play in the opportunities when i want a longer album to play. still have that same feeling where the first half an hour feels like an hour. and then it's like "oh shit there's still half of it left". it's meant to be listened in full too, which makes it harder as well

I'm certainly in the camp that enjoys the back half a bit more, but both halves are great to me. Front half has Lit Me Up and 137. Back half has Out Of Mana, In The Water, 451, and Batter Up. Those are all the songs that have really grabbed me so far. Only ones that haven't done much for me, though I do think are good, are Can't Be Heaven Without You and No Control.

The back half has Mana and No Control. While I like both, that instantly makes the front half stronger.

    Let it run Supporter

Idk about halves but I agree this is a bit overlong and feels every minute of its runtime. I still enjoy it but like 30 new albums dropped since its release and it's definitely getting pushed to the backburner.

To be fair, though, I did just re-download the Weakerthan's discography instead of actually listening to the new albums that dropped.

A half is either of two equal or corresponding parts into which something is or can be divided.
