No, but the popularity, combined with continued massive streaming numbers, MEAN LOTS OF PEOPLE LIKE IT. You were arguing people didn't like it and that more people disliked it than liked it. It was one of the biggest rock albums of last year, had a massive single, continues to sell well, and is generally well received by a lot of the Blink community, before even getting into all the new fans the album created.

So I 100% get the premise of "everything I say about something subjective is my opinion, so why should I bother to make it clear that it's just my opinion", but sometimes in life you need to understand how you come off to other people.

 

On the Brand New scale, this album is mostly YFW right now (i.e. it's kind of enjoyable but mostly forgettable and not that good) but it's also a good amount of Deja, because we've heard most of this before.

 

I like how it went from "most" people dislike California to "at worst it's 50/50"
