    Everyone I know irl prefers Daisy to YFW (including myself) but also everyone I know irl was a child when YFW came out so we don't have the nostalgia

    I think I have 3 friends who actually listen to Brand New enough to have an opinion on all of their albums... And I'm not even sure exactly what their opinions are (but I think they like Deja the most if anything).

    I would also not consider Daisy to be overrated by any stretch. It's been ripped to shreds for years. We are also comparing it to THE worst album in Brand New's discography, which makes the idea of it being overrated pretty much null.

    Haha true. Jesse from Breaking Bad could actually fit well into my picture analogy. He becomes very Daisy-like in the last seasons.
