Listened to TBB today in full for the first time in a long time. Album has aged exceptionally well. Even with the bad mix/production. Songs I never really cared for then I love now(Virgin Dirt, Pheromone Cvlt etc.).

 

Those two were always some of my favorites. I think the two songs that are by far weakest are White America and Priest and Used Cars. Still pretty cool and don't feel out of place, just the other 9 songs are RIPPERS. But yeah especially as the last good letlive. (and maybe even Jason Butler???) album, it definitely feels fresh still.

 

As there has only been one Jason Butler album since TBB, and it is bad, this is certainly true lol

 

I meant more like i was assuming everything he does in the future will be of the same quality as this or IITD, which would make Tbb his last good album.

 

Hot take: the Fever is a shody phoned in heavy project meant to make us stop wishing IITD were heavy, thus allowing us to appreciate it more.

 

Isn't there a Fever thread? Anyways, these songs are horrible.

Wasn't a slight at you. Tbh I'm just kind of pissed off that there's no more Letlive and that this is the 'replacement'.

 

I didn't like it at first but then I bumped it at the gym now I get it.
