Also, July 1 is kinda dissappointing, given the rumor for this week (which I had accepted in my heart), and that a majority thought for sure they would release it in June at the latest.. Seems kinda weird that when I see them at Xgames, the album will still be a month away

 

Did they say that is the name of a track? If so, I didn't catch that bit.

 

Isn't it actually the 183rd day of the year because of the leap year?

I haven't seen anyone else post about this here, but the only thing I don't like about the song is is from like 2:39 to 2:45 it sounds just like All the Small Things. Same string vst melody and drum part. But this song is still dope.

 

When all of this stuff started, i wanted to start yelling "let's go people, this is what we trained for and this is NOT a drill!!" haha.

 

While I had my fingers crossed for a surprise album release, I'm guessing this album is going to have a big summer vibe, with it being titled "California" and all, so I'm fine with waiting till July 1st. Plus that 182nd day of the year release is too coincidental, so I'll let it slide.

I'm too lazy to look back but I made a prediction here or absolutepunk for the 182nd day of the year being the release date and now I feel like my excitement is brimming over

 

They might play some new songs live like they did with Ghost on the Dancefloor and Heart's All Gone. We'll see!

 

Anyone who enjoys music has done that.

I like the song! Super excited for everything, and Matt sounds great!

 

If that's true it's even more perfect because of all the Blink-183 and Blink-18 Trio jokes that were going around when Skiba joined. It's Destiny!

 

The last 45 seconds of this song give off strong My Shame is True vibes.

 

So do we have an official single artwork. Looks like the one they've been teasing is the album art.

 

Despite not caring for anything Blink has released since their reformation, I really thought I was going to miss Tom. Those vocals are so unique and all my favourite Blink tracks have been very Tom-driven, but this is reassuring.

For the first time in years I'm voluntarily spinning Blink again and there's genuine excitement about the direction they're heading. Going by "Bored To Death", Matt is going to make a seamless entrance into the band, the passion is back in Mark's vocal delivery, that glossy and polished production is exactly what Blink has needed for years now, and there's finally a bridge that has some redeeming qualities.

If this is a sign of things to come, I'm back on board.

 

Finally listened. I'm so so happy.
