When I hear the word emo the first bands that come to mind are bands like Mineral, Christie Front Drive, The Get Up Kids, Promise Ring, SDRE and shit like that. Idk if I would call SciFi an emo album.

 

I mean you're not wrong that is all emo. 90s emo or second wave emo. But Bran New is for sure third wave emo or what those bands inspired
