Oh good another month where I'm interested in nothing.

It's funny how all these publications try to guess what's gonna be released haha.

 

Happy more people will get to try Costume Quest 2 on Xbox One. Game was one of my favorite experiences in a long time. Charming, funny and not hard. Just a nice experience. Need to get the first.

 

Looks like MS will be announcing new hardware at E3...this will be another great E3 I can FEEL it.

 

I'm so sad that I have to keep waiting for the entire reason I bought a Wii U last year. Sigh.

 

Just beat Quantum Break

Two words to sum up my experience with it, "That's it!?"

I feel like if you cut out the 4 live action episodes, and then all the time you spend reading the narrative emails/etc., the game would probably only last 2 hours. There's very little gameplay, only a few puzzles that use your powers (which are no challenge what-so-ever), the action gun fights are too easy (I played through on Hard), and it's just not that fun.

I did enjoy the story, and the graphics are damn good. You can tell they put a lot of time into the game, but fuck, that's it? Wish I had Gamefly and could send this one back.

 

Literally grimaced when I read that PS+ Line up. It's been so long since I've been interested in anything from them.

 

Honestly, the PS+ games have never ever interested me and I just don't care about them. I wouldn't care if they didn't do them either. The only thing I want from PS+ is a solid connection and being able to have more than 8 people in a party chat.

 

I'd say Limbo was the last game I was interested in.

 

Nintendo just introduced me to babymetal and this stuff is lit.

 

Yeah when I first started playing yesterday I was just shocked at how good it looked.

Dont forget to try Rajin eventually. He is so killer in conquest.

 

Need to get tickets to go see them.

 

Scored a basket in Hoops, and felt so good.

 

Probably mentioned, but in the latest Nintendo press release, they will not be discussing NX at all

• NX: Nintendo previously announced that it would release more information about its next system, code-named NX, this year. As the first announcement of any NX information, Nintendo confirmed that NX is scheduled to launch in March 2017. NX will not make an appearance at the upcoming E3 video game trade show in Los Angeles in June and will be unveiled later this year.

 

Nintendo sure knows how to shoot itself in the foot over and over again.

 

This is actually the first PS+ in the last few months people have been complaining that I am interested in none of them. There are are few AAA prime candidates for PS+ that I am really surprised have not been done yet (Tomb Raider, Killzone, Sleeping Dogs).

From Software is developing a new IP so the next game does not seem to be Bloodborne 2 unless a B team does that.

Modern Warfare seems to be getting a remaster. I would love if the MP was available in a remastered format but I feel like they would not want to split up their MP base like that.

 

I would love a Modern Warfare game with all of the maps from the first three games.

 

Nemesis became my 40th God mastery right now and I'm so stoked on reaching 40.

My cousin is at 55 though so I still got a long way to gooo.

 

I think Sleeping Dogs is due, the only thing that's prevented me from picking it up (aside from a pretty big back catalog of stuff to finish)

 

I really don't like hoops. Disappointed.

 

I enjoyed it with friends, but that might be because I scored 15 goals in 3 games against them.

 

Nintendo is an interesting animal in video games right now. Even without Zelda on WiiU so far, these titles make it worth owning a WiiU because you can't play them anywhere else, and they're so fun:

Super Mario Maker
Smash Bros
Mario Kart 8
Splattoon
Super Mario 3D World

The 3DS has been keeping them afloat while the WiiU failed, but there are some really fun and amazing games exclusive to WiiU.

For Nintendo to win with all gamers and gaming companies again, the NX must be fully third party. The last Nintendo System with a huge amount of great third party games was SNES.

It's been a very long time.

 

I don't know why developers want to push games on Nintendo anymore. They have been trying for so long and cannot keep up. This new console looks like it will replace the Wii U and the 3DS. Handheld consoles are a dying breed. Nintendo can make PLENTY of money licensing itself out to Microsoft and SONY. Learn from SEGA's route Nintendo. Wishful thinking I know but we all can dream.

 

It's definitely not as fun as I had hoped, but it's free so whatevs.

 

I played a bit and jumped back into normal rocket league. I just don't get the same rush in hoops. God I love that game.

 

Nintendo are already third party. The Seattle Mariners are in MLB The Show
