I haven't seen anything mentioned in here yet, but a bunch of Ghost Key/Coldfront dates have been popping up on Facebook.

Yeah tbh I usually go to Punknews for my pop-punk fix. They've been covering bands like RVIVR, Bombpops, Bad Cop Bad Cop, Direct Hit!, Iron Chic, etc. for years. All those bands have only started getting coverage here now that they're more popular.

For whatever reason this site tends to lean towards the Knuckle Puck/Story So Far/Neck Deep, etc. (lame) side when covering pop-punk.

orgcore to the max, hahaha. it's because this site always leaned towards warped tour music as opposed to more underground punk stuff like that

RVIVR (and of course every post latterman band) is so good

I unapologetically love org-core haha. Really, if you want to find good pop-punk just look at the Fest lineup for any given year.

You based that opinion on one song?

Here's some numbers to drive the point home:

Facebook likes: TE: 48,171, FT: 11,468
Spotify monthly plays: TE: 93k, FT: 69k

    Case closed?

EDIT: This isn't meant to be a shot at Free Throw in any way.

Reverb in Reading PA is announcing a "huge tour package" on Monday and said it's Metal related.

I like Trophy Eyes and Free Throw and it obviously makes sense for TE to headline over them but I still feel like it's a weird tour package that doesn't need to happen

Agreed. The Fest undercard is always an excellent place to find new bands.

Whitechapel/Carnifex finally? Or Suicide Silence doing The Cleansing. Or maybe The Acacia Strain. I don't think it's the Oceans Ate Alaska tour because I wouldn't exactly call that tour huge.
Edit: Or whatever tour Bad Omens or Traitors were teasing.

Could it be the Attila/Dance Gavin Dance? I wouldn't call DGD metal but thats my opinion, I doubt it

I don't really fault the guy for trying to protect the band's intellectual property. Especially when Hundredth's logo is so well-known/closely tied to the band. Sometimes I feel like people on the internet don't understand how bands make money when they toss these criticisms out, like merch sales are some trivial thing when they are actually paying for people's groceries and mortgages.

At this point, I have to dismiss your claims as bullshit rumor-spreading unless you want to provide some evidence that he is actually an egomaniac.

He was doing having them sent to bands who are much larger bands and been using them much longer. You can believe me or not. I know allll about how bands make money mainly off merch. If you really feel the need to know. My inbox is always open for ya

ITs weird how times change. I've been visiting Jason's sites since 2003, and until last year I had never visited the tour forum once (I don't even know if it existed back at AP). Now this is probably the place i frequent the most. I've found live experiences to be more and more important to me as I've gotten older.

    Yes I'm stoned.
