    Let it run Supporter

YFW is purely nostalgia outside of a few songs that have solid riffs. Jesse's pop punk voice is nowhere near unique or catchy enough to be considered above par the shit that was coming out then and a lot of the vocal melodies are pretty unmemorable. At least TAYF had the call and response going on

“the whole world’s ending” “honey it already did” Prestigious

Brand New are as embarrassed by this as they are of YFW.

Used to sing just that part all the time while working retail at a Price Chopper when I was 19, prouder days have been had since then.

  7. Haha. Remember when they recorded a new version of "Jude Law" for the radio and thankfully never released a second single from YFW because they didn't wanna become that pop-punk band? Smart, smart, smart.

This feels sarcastic but I don't get it because they didn't release a second YFW single. Is "that" pop-punk band referring to TBS

we've seen the shadow of the axe before Supporter

I think it's the worst song the band has ever released. Not kidding.

It was better than all of Daisy, Mene, and Out of Range to me but it reminds me of thew new TBS Sunday "Tidal Wave" and I jam to that so much. Maybe I just love that style of song haha

I don't hate them, I just don't listen to them anymore.

There are 1000x better Pop Punk bands out there.

We can all at least agree that Science Fiction is a bad pop punk album, right?

Maybe I'm wrong, and if I am, I am happy to be schooled, but to me it's not so cut and dry as it would be with a book or a movie. Seems like it's more up for interpretation with an album. I've always interpreted the second half of You Won't Know as the climax of the album.
