I don't keep saying it. I think I only said it once. These songs come smack dab in the middle of the album, and are undoubtedly the biggest, most grandiose songs on the album. Their placement likely means BN found these to be two of the most essential tracks on the album...the climax.

Lots of people believe Limousine is their magnum opus. I'm in that camp.

 

Or Jesse from CR side project El Obo would be incredible. Or Colour Revolt is reuniting and are on Procrastinate.







It will be none of those things. I'll see myself out now.

 

I'm a bit late on TDAG i suppose, but just popping in to say that if that record were 1-6, Bangkok, Archers, Handcuffs I'd like it way more than as is

Edit: I guess that's 1-7 plus the last two, whatever. Those songs are enough for me to still hold the record in high regard, but I really think that 8-10 run isn't good

 

The end of No Control is so twisted and creepy and I love it.

 

TDAG is a perfect album and you can't tell me otherwise.

Handcuffs = perfect album ruining track.

 

I would love a new Greater Pyrenees album.

What makes me enjoy this album even more is I can tell or it really seems like they had fun and enjoyed making it and to me that really comes through when I listen to it. What a thrill ride and experience this effing record is. So cinematic and an absolute blast to listen to. I can't get over it and I can't get enough. Also Sapone to me now has easily achieved GOAT producer status after this record. What a legend.

 

Shone's PMT bio says be patient, so get ready for Shone 2: Electric Boogaloo

 

It's an uncomfortable line to hear, but it's meant to be that way.

Millstone is the worst d&g track fellas...

 

I'd put it as easily their worst now.

I'd wanna see every single other closer live before "Handcuffs" and then I'd get a beer if they played that one.

 

It's the second best on the album

 

You know what's a good song? 1996. Always loved how shamelessly he bit Morrissey on that one.

Not the Sun is the worst TDAG track, no other answer is acceptable
