Time will tell. Bradford may not bring anything back.....nothing would surprise me. But I think with teams needing a QB and the fact that they know he's on a very team friendly two year deal, that just works in favor of the Eagles.

Eagles won't trade him for a 5th or 6th because they have to eat 11M they JUST paid him to move him. They won't move him unless someone gives up something worthy of eating that money.

Real question: Would you rather have McCown or Bradford right now?

Joshua Football wasn't that bad with the bag of farts he had on offense last season with the Browns. He's 36, yeah, but he might be the best QB the Browns have had since '99. (Sad, but true statement?) /scorching sad take

    Bradford for 8?

  4. honestly, a healthy Bradford with Denver could be pretty successful. they have the weapons.

Yeah, but they would have Bradford too.

I thought Bradford was actually pretty decent in the back half of the season last year all things considered with that offensive shitshow where opposing teams knew exactly what plays were being called.

I'd rather him be my starter going forward than trading a shitload of picks for Carson Wentz. Oh well.

Also, remember that Kaepernick, who has a deal that is probably less friendly than Bradford's (more guaranteed money, harder to convince the 49ers to eat some of it), and the talking there was a mid-rounder, probably a 4th. Anyone want to argue that Kaep is a more clear-cut franchise QB?

If the Eagles agree to eat Bradford's whole signing bonus, I could see them getting a 4th. Maybe even a 3rd as the Broncos or some other team gets nervous at the end of Day 2. And the Eagles will have essentially paid $11mil for a 3rd/4th rounder.

Did we ever figure out what Fitzpatrick's asking price was? Cause if I had to choose between those two and Fitz, Id take Fitz, and if Im supposed to pay Bradford $12mil for this year AND give up a 4th rounder, Id rather just pay Fitz $10-11mil.

    Ignoring contracts, Kaep>Bradford

He's asking for $15M per season. The Jets offered him about $9M-$10M.

Kaep is fast so he wins.

what makes you say that? Going off last year, itd be Bradford >>> Kaep. Bradford had a decent (though certainly not great) year, far more accurate and fewer sacks (both took the same number of sacks, bradford played twice as many games).

Kaeps lack of accuracy and touch would terrify me. Though Denver, with guys who can turn screens into 80yd TDs may be just what he needs
    Ew.

I mean, we'll know eventually, but I just feel like Kaep last season could be a fluke (but it's hard to say because he was benched for Blaine freaking Gabbert). And I feel like his highs have been much more impressive than Bradford. Also we'll see what happens to Bradford in a non-Chip Kelly system. But I completely agree with you that Denver would be an awesome fit for Kaep.

He showed up earlier this offseason to sign with the Ravens weighing 240+ and they told him he needed to lose 20 pounds before they signed him

Probably a good time to do it so those rowdy Philly fans don't throw batteries, wristbands, and/or snowballs when they take a firefighter offensive lineman from Kelowna, B.C. with their first round pick that they don't have.

Lol I can't wait to go the draft next year and regret it after pick number 4

  21. How much does it cost to go to the draft?

Edit: looks like it's a lottery type thing?

You wait on a line forever to get in day 1 but for the other days you can register online, gotta be early though. Once spots run out I don't think you can rsvp to get in anymore.

Pick 4? The Eagles pick will be top 3, so regret should set in much earlier.

  24. Well the Eagles don't have a first round pick next year so you should regret it immediately
