ok i bought a 2ds not only because it was cheaper but because it came with mario kart 7. and i also bought omega ruby. gonna be a fun night

Same as every year for me - a new Rockstar game - possibly Red Dead 2? A new LittleBigPlanet - either 4 or LittleBigUniverse and most of all...Skate 4.

 

Ughhhh I would kill for RDR 2.

New Burnout?

I thought that franchise was long dead.

 

Well I'm holding out hope. We know some folks who used to work at Criterion are working on that new vehicle game. I'm just hoping they'll surprise us with a new Burnout as well.

 

Tis. EA nuked the studio Criterion too, move the vast majority to Ghost games, then let them go. There's a small core staff of Criterion still in existence but they're making some extreme sports game.

 

I've heard so many rumors about Red Dead 2 being a thing. The fact that they haven't released the original Red Dead Redemption on next gen yet makes me believe another one must be coming soon.

 

Interesting. It'll be one hell of a surprise if it comes. Although it'll be hard for them to follow up Paradise. That game was about as perfect a driving game as you can get imo; still my favorite driving game by a long shot.

 

But seriously...why can't we have Skate 4? WHY.

 

^ yeah that's the game I meant. It looks somewhat promising, but that's not saying much. They haven't shown barely anything of it.

Same reason as Burnout. EA

 

A PS4/XB1 version of the Skate franchise would be my favorite game. Imagine the graphics. Imagine how big the map could be. I used to spend literally hours just skating around in that game doing nothing at all.

Every now and then it'll get choppy but so far it's always been playable and it doesn't happen often at all

Yeah, @Jake Jenkins let me know what you think too - you can get refurbished 2DS's at Gamestop right now for $60.00 so I may do that this weekend. How does it feel? Is it as bulky as it looks?
