Man, this album really is something else for. Every few listens I pick a favorite track, Desert is my jam at the moment. So happy this band put an album like this out.

Favorites right now are Same Logic/Teeth, 137, and In the Water. I can honestly say that I love everything on here though and it's one of the best complete albums I've heard in ages. It has so many different sounds and moods. And I still haven't listened on good speakers yet so I'm looking forward to hearing things in the mix that I haven't heard yet.

The guitar solo in "in the water" is a career highlight also I just realized I made a top 6 list without that song on there, INSANE. This reminds me of devil and god when I just knew every song would be a heavy hitter

    Keep on moving. Busy street.

I get a Jack White/White Stripes vibe from 451 and I love it.

Weezer influence is also in No Control.

Someone said this earlier and it worked for me: delete the app from your phone and re-download. That worked for me.

Favorite part is the 'get out of my head' in could never be heaven. It's a small moment but it just sounds so perfectly Brand New and fall to me haha.

Holy shit, the lyrics to Same Logic, wow. Also anyone know who's singing at the end of Same Logic? Is it Vinnie?

that would be my guess since hes the only member who has sang lead vocals in the past at times, but who knows?

That's true, it could be a guest vocalist that we may never even find out about lol

Is this confirmed?? I think it sounds like Jesse; obviously it's very distorted, but the tone definitely sounds more like Jesse than Vin to me.

From a song-to-song perspective, their lyrics have never been stronger. Every song tells its own story and has its own theme. (That was one of the key weaknesses of Daisy for me... though a lot of his words sounded cool, some songs I just have no idea what Jesse's trying to communicate besides a vague feeling).

Favorite lyrics rn are "137" and "Same Logic" and "Out of Mana".

i've assumed it's him since he sang when they played it live and it sounded just like the recording

Love it. Awesome Deja worship tune.

It reminds me a lot of Flying at Tree Level

    It's my mum's dodge caravan

Whenever I have headphones on, I end up getting distracted and listening to this rather than doing whatever I have planned. Still can't believe, after the 2016 delay and I Am A Nightmare, that it's as good as it is. This, Devil and God, Daisy and Deja cement them as the best rock band since the turn of the century for me.

I love the separate instrumental outtake at the end of No Control. Would love to see that incorporated into their show somehow.

It's playing on Spotify for my gf. Weird how it's only working for some people.

+1 to Apple for having this first. B-)

I bought the album from iTunes last night in an attempt to boost them to #1 (I already have he album on the limited vinyl and the digital from PMT!), but for some reason it would not download Can't Get It Out or Could Never Be Heaven.

Tried deleting it all from my phone and grabbing it from purchases, but it's not showing up, even though it shows up as purchased in the iTunes Store. Really strange.

    Loud.

    Fun.

Weezer's influence is so incredible to me. They are every where. Pinkerton/Blue Album pop up in every other indie rock album. Whether its Mitski ("Your Best American Girl"), PUP ("Familiar Patterns"), Jeff Rosenstock ("Blast Damage Days"), or Brand New.....its amazing. "In the Garage" all up in "Can't Get It Out"

Sorry if this has been discussed already - but anything new with the limited vinyl order other than the /500 CDs?

Hoping these guys give us a Shone-esq mystery to follow!!

Yes...but a thing isn't beautiful because it lasts

That riff wouldn't have been out of place on YFW, it's pretty close. Obviously the tone is just a lot better now.

Edit: slowing it down to half-time in a live setting with a second added guitar line would be crushing.
