I'm not hearing The Smiths on this song. Reminds me of Paul Simon or Leonard Cohen if anything. Also reminded me of John Lennon Working Class Hero

 

no control and batter up are my fav songs. i will probably listen to this album alot starting on track 5. don't care a whole lot for the first 4

 

I think I have to eat crow about Spotify being the easiest. The album is clearly showing up for me now, but none of the songs will play! On my desktop or on mobile! And this is after I took my local files out of Spotify (and going to the extent of disconnecting Spotify's ability to play local files from my computer in hopes that would work!).

If anyone has any ideas or advice I will gladly take it.

It's working on Spotify for me, I just finished listening to the entire thing.

 

So maybe it's not just me. Up until about 10 minutes ago I could play every song except Same Logic, which was unavailable. I thought it was a problem with my local files so I tried to disconnect those but now none of the songs will play for me.

Same Logic is a weird weird song

it even has a quick burst of Shone vocals. I'm sure y'all are so happy about that lmao

 

Same logic is probably a top 3 track for me, goes so many places.

 

i think the weird ass vocals in same logic are dope. its my wifes fav part on the album lol

 

It's going to take years before I actually know if I like this record more than devil and god, but I'll say it has the potential to pass it.

I love the flow of 1-3. Lit Me Up is a fav of mine. Still, only 3 full listens through though.

 

Shivers every time the vocals come in on Lit Me Up.

 

This is a weird thing to be happy about, but I love how dynamic the record is and yet I still don't feel like I have to touch the volume while listening
