other than my first listen, ive been driving every other time i've heard this. def gotta get on that though, the lyrics might change even more of these songs for me

 

my friend and i were at a show in a place that nothing was going on and then we had crowdsurfers smacking us in the head over and over

I will agree that crowd surfers are annoying.

I will also say that crowd surfing happens at every rock show so be prepared for it.

Like the post you quoted said, if you are aware of it, it's easier to avoid.

 

I get the vibe that some of you don't go to many rock shows

 

I got a concussion from a crowd surfer kicking me in the head, and I was well away from most of the rowdy crowd. It sucked

 

I go to a ton of shows, and it still doesn't make it right or okay

I go to well over 20 shows every year mostly "rock" and hip hop and dance shows

Guys and gals we should all just shut the fuck up and listen to this record. It's been seven years! We should all be thrilled to death and yet some of you are arguing the most useless shit around and taking your attention away from this beauty.

I don't like crowd surfers personally but I know people who get mad if you get mad at crowd surfers because "they have a right to have fun at a show and crowd surf if they want"

Crowd surfers are annoying, I agree.

 

On Lit Me Up again. Definitely the best opening track from the band I'd argue

To me it seems like people here don't let people have opinions. But that's just my two cents.

 

used to do this with every album, but it got less feasible to do it on every first listen as ive gotten older. should've known to do it for them though, damn

 

very interested in what bands influenced by brand new think of this album since most of them only pull from the more bombastic elements
