It's just a photo from a photographers Vice photoshoot. They more than likely licensed it from the photographer.

 

This is like Kendrick all over again with the red and blue covers lmao.

Lol, I'm even older as it came out my HS Sr. year, but what's funny is someone gave my friend this CD that had YFW and Tell All Your Friends burned onto the same disc and whoever burned it just wrote "Brand New / Taking Back Sunday" and for a brief period I thought Taking Back Sunday was the name of the album and Brand New was the band! What a musical journey its been since then!
