Nah, I don't want picks for the younger top tier guys on my block. If I move them, it's gotta be for a similar caliber player.

I'm going to post some older vet guys later that I'd be okay taking a pick for but not my young studs.

 

I think all I really liked from your roster when we started conversations was White, Amos and Goldman, at least from positions that I am seeking. I'm not real sure there is anything that is going to work out here.

lol man, I want him but I don't have a DT that you need...I need DTs too and I just don't have enough LB depth to move Jaylon. We just aren't a good match since are needs are so similar.

I can't move him just cause as I just stated, I am very depth deficient at LB. I just don't have anything really to replace him with that is good.

Another option for Budda is if you want to forgo Switzer and my pass rushers is I'd be willing to swap one of my young corners one for one for Budda---which would give you more of a CB man cover guy which is what you need.

...or we can keep it as we discussed earlier/last night.

 

How about a 3 team? You receive Baker. He gets Floyd, Teddy and I get Brown from you and Golden from him.

I like White but WR isn't as big of a need as CB which is what KJ is potentially offering.

Yeah, I've thought about just doing a one for one as well. I need someone opposite of Peterson.

 

I'm gonna back off Teddy. I can role with my guys for now. It'd be smarter for me to upgrade elsewhere.

I still like the Golden for Floyd deal though.

I think I would be okay with that, sure. Brown is a fast ass dude though so that kinda sucks. But I like my two other rookies so I could deal with it.

I just have to find another safety....I have a bunch of doodoo there behind Byron Jones. Budda would essentially lock up my core secondary for the franchise.

I'd need to draft/find a young good nickel guy but I'd have my two safeties and two corners.

 

Yeah, it sucks giving up Budda but my CBs are trash behind Peterson. This would give me two starting CBs and I still have Badger and Branch at safety. Branch is old but he'll hold me over for a couple seasons.

Let's just do it. I'm good with it.

 

I took Golden off the trade block post. I can commit to the deal with him and Floyd if you're down for it.

 

Sweet, easy enough. I was okay dealing one of my three corners, didn't really care which one but figured he'd be the most attractive cause of his speed. Good dealing. I can play Nolan Carroll or Orlando Scandrick in the slot for a year or two until I find a replacement and probably be okay.

 

Anybody looking to move a LB or a DT for a 4-3 DE?
