No. Today was moving day at my office. Wasn't at my desk all afternoon. Whoops.

 

I'm not sure when they went up the second time, but I know that the "second batch" sold out or was taken down around 3PM ET (45 minutes ago) because that's when I was in the middle of the checkout process and it told me they were no longer available. Then about one or two minutes after that, the site went blank/white. I have it up on the side now just refreshing though so hopefully they'll put up a "third batch"

I wish you luck. So it sounds like they were available again for over an hour after the first round. I didn't realize they added a pressing quantity later either.

Didn't they do this with the demo cassettes? Where they originally released only a very limited amount, but then a week or so later, they pretty much let anyone purchase it?

 

My assumption is they may have 6K total, so they put up 2K in the first wave, then wait a little bit to allow more people to learn about it, do another 2K, and then another 2K - or at least something similar. And these numbers are just for example purposes, so no one quote me on that.

Yeah the only thing about this time though is that the ones listed today were "limited". So if they do go up for sale like next week, it will probably be a standard edition or similar.

hope they get back to their roots like YFW all the other albums have been trash.

I have no expectations for the sound of the album I'm just happy it exists. I want the vinyl bad though. I'm just gonna be sad til Friday and then the outcome of me getting tickets will determine everything

 

Lp5 came to be known among the Brand New fan community as "the clarinet album"

 

Can't believe I just spent 50 bucks on a Brand New cover of Mean Everything to Nothing
