Honestly, I think they are all sitting on a shelf in my room hahaha. I actually ran out the other night and contemplated using em but, I just went to buy some.

 

I think that is a bit reductive for how good they were as a faction.

 

I don't. I love love love the Shield, and they were phenomenal in just about every way, but it didn't hurt that they really shook up the status quo in many ways. I'm not saying they would've failed if they came any earlier or later, just they got the boost from coming around when a lot of folks were pretty deflated that Super Cena was still driving the show.

 

I haven't been watching WWE lately but HOLY SHIT ROLLINS AND AMBROSE ARE BACK TOGETHER!? This is making me renew my network subscription

Man, I can't wait for the tag titles to mean absolutely nothing because Dean is involved. He killed the IC and WWE titles with his feuds. Twice.

 

How the hell did he kill his last WWE title reign? Also, I'm sure he would love to not be booked against Miz for eternity.

 

When was the last time any title meant anything post CM Punk's title reign? The belts are nothing anymore. Even the New Day's record breaking run was meh.

 

Asuka? Dolph/Miz? US Title recently?

 

NXT is a different entity. The US title is still being hot potatoed even though solid names are holding it. Miz and Dolph was a cool feud, but obviously did nothing to bring back prestige to the IC title. I have no idea what can be done to give the belts meaning anymore. There are too many belts and they are thrown around too much.

 

It was entirely forgettable. It was right when the brand split happened and it felt like he was being relegated. His role wasn't very well defined and came off as boring. There was basically nothing to it.

And how did he kill the IC title in his first reign when he and KO went back and forth murdering each other in the build up to Rumble 2016?

Cant say its his fault they made the terrible choice to give him the IC title again right before the Rumble, elimination chamber, etc and then not have him defend it

 

I meant the second run. It was just so uninteresting. Though I didn't like his first one much either.

 

Guys, I just don't like Dean at all.

 

He was definitely better chasing the title against AJ right after he lost it; both in propping up Ellsworth and in taking on Cena in the build to No Mercy.

 

Face Dean sucks.

 

The only thing I've ever liked from Dean was him beating the Miz in like two minutes after Maryse slapped his wife. That was good, but the story died after.

 

I like Dean enough on the days he is booked like a person and not a Looney Tunes character. I have no grand feelings either way.

 

Glad I'm not the only one bored by Dean.
