a kid who used to be one of my best friends in middle school but also treated me a lot like shit came up in my FB feed and the dude's brain is, like, seriously fried from all of the drugs and partying he's done. a big part of me feels sad and guilty for having moved on so long ago but fact is he treated me awfully when we were twelve and it contributed pretty significantly to my depression and anxiety... so i'm kind of okay with the fact that our paths never cross anymore. hope he's doing alright, though...

 

Is there a point where using the 3D option on a 3DS DOESN'T hurt your eyes? Because I have yet to reach that point.

I'm sorry. I haven't been participating. I'm really just not disciplined. I said I was gonna go through Drake's discography this week to prep for his next release, but Beyonce is ruining that.

I have a credit card solely to gain skymiles. Pretty much pay it off at the beginning of every week.

 

Two nights in a row of barely any sleep + starting my period today = SUPREME CRANK BITCH
Plus I have to talk to my boss about how I'm leaving in 2wks .. Today is not my friend

 

I need to stop going to bed at 3am or later every night.

 

I've been looking forward to it and listening along every week. I don't always comment, both because I get tied up with stuff and because I'm not very good at talking about music, but I'm invested in it!

 

My neck is so stiff I can't turn in either direction.

 

Yeah as of right now I have decent credit and my fiance is in pretty horrible college debt, so hopefully whatever I have is good enough

 

March: landlord turns off heat after a few consecutive 50 degree days, temp drops and it gets so cold you can see your breath inside the apartment. I had to contact the landlord and demand the heat be turned back on.

April: multiple 75-80 degrees and the landlord still has the heat on, making the apartment incredibly uncomfortable. I shouldn't have to beg her to turn it off now.

Landlords are the actual worst.

 

It doesn't really bother me, but I typically leave it off anyway to save battery. The new 3DS also has much better 3D because of the face tracking.

 

Having owned both, can confirm the new 3DS has much better 3D. Still never use it though.

 

When I borrowed my friend's 3DS to play Pokemon X, I used the 3D a few times for the novelty of seeing Pokemon in 3D, but always quickly turned it off.

 

Yeah, the face/head tracking on the N3DS is impressive and I commend Nintendo for doubling down on it and making it better instead of abandoning the feature, but I still never use it. Like why waste battery for what is basically a novelty.

Have the exact issue with mine right now too. He also likes to tell me how broke he is and last month asked if I could pay rent two days early. I did and he gave me back like 40 bucks later as a "thank you" but then a few days ago texted me asking if I could do that again but on the 22nd. I lied and said we couldn't afford it because I signed an agreement to pay rent once a month. Not earlier and earlier to cover this dudes debts.

 

So far the only game I've used it for is Ocarina Of Time, it's the only one that's been playable with it haha

 

I just got so irritated reading that. If I was in your situation I would have lied too.

 

My band moved onto the Finals in our local Emerging Artist contest last night. I'm stoked. And hungover.

I'm surprised how much of a music hub Nashville is. Like I thought it was all country music (which runs that town) but there is a multitude of music industry things there.
