Man this is a weak album for me. I couldn't even remember what a couple of these songs sounded like, had to listen to bits of them to refresh. Shows how little I revisit it.

Actually pretty surprised to see that You Can't Look Back beat Call Come Running. Also surprised to see that I am remembering Happiness Is much less than I thought I would. I had to listen to a few seconds of a couple of these to refresh my memory.

i read in an interview with Adam that he wrote "They Dont Have Any Friends" after getting pissed at people online bashing the arrested development re-boot before it even premiered, and i thought, "this probably wont be a great song".

 

I read that too. Also funny there's that which you wouldn't guess by the title, but then a song called how I Met Your Mother with no connection to that show.

Despite my vote for Friends, seeing better homes during the tour with the Used is one of my favorite TBS moments. That song is insane live.

 

How I Met Your Mother is one of the best songs this band has ever written. All the Way is great, but I'm surprised it's even putting up a fight.

 

I agree, it sounded really really good live and Adam was really into it (which I get because it seems very personal)

Better Homes should be a setlist staple. Such a great song, and agreed he gets INTO it when they play it.

Atlanta a couple weeks back was my first time hearing it live and it blew me away.

saw them last month as well and i nearly lost my shit when they pulled Spin out haha. one of my favorite TBS songs all time.
