Just got home from the show tonight. Set list was the same as usual but it was still a ton of fun being second row from the barricade. PVRIS was an added bonus and really unappreciated by the crowd.

"Sober" sounded so out of place in the set though and it felt like Mark was struggling through it.

 

This came in today, banquet records is the best!

 

Yeah Mark has mentioned a few times that Sober is really hard for him to sing because there's no room to catch his breath.

 

Getting old is looking at this Blink show starting at 11pm on Thursday and hoping I don't fall asleep beforehand

 

You know you're getting old when you get excited about new outdoor venues being opened with strict 10pm curfews.

 

Haha I hear ya. When I saw them last summer I was mad that my show started at 8pm instead of 7pm like every show on the tour because that meant blink wouldn't be playing until 10ish and I would be home after midnight.

 

When me and my friends wanna meet a band after a show I just stand and look at my phone and I'm like " guys it's 1 in the fucking morning and I have work tomorrow at 7 let's hurry this up "

 

I'm assuming they'll be done at 10 tonight which is awesome because I have a two hour drive home and being home by midnight in a driving two hour situation is A+

 

I hear you. Back on the 19th I drove to Atlanta to see Taking Back Sunday for my 30th birthday. Atlanta is a 3.5 hour drive. I drove there, saw the show had a blast, and drove home. But that drive home was DEATH.

Didn't get back until 4 AM, and it took copious amounts of monster and surge to make that drive. I even broke to buy a pack of cigarettes to keep me up and my mind on something. ( I haven't smoked in 5 years and my gf would throw a fit if she knew I did that.) When I was 23-25 I would have called myself a sissy those were normal party hours for me

 

So you staggered home after Midnight?

 

On and on and on and on.

 

I feel you! They finished at 9:40 last night and I was stoked haha

 

I'm sick of seeing Blink at outdoor amphitheaters. Clubs/arenas forever!

 

They were supposed to be playing an indoor arena....IN KNOXVILLE!!!!!

 

Yeaaaaa i wish they'd do a club tour but it doesnt seem likely anytime soon.
