I listened to it probably 7-8 times before realizing how fantastic it is.

 

Map Change is a crusher

Did you catch the Low Teens tour? seeing them play it live was W O A HHHH

 

Man I love ETID and Low Teens is like 80% awesome but the songs that are majority cleans just don't do it for me.

 

That's exactly how I feel. I love every album except Low Teens.

 

Map Change is a top ETID song for me for sure.

 

I thought the cleans on FPU were way better than LT, and is probably the biggest thing holding Lt back for me

 

I did not. Would love to catch them on this album cycle though. I need to see Glitches, Awful Lot, It Remembers, Petal, The Coin Has A Say, and Map Change

 

I got all those except Awful Lot, very top notch

 

New tour dates ?

 

I was under the impression we'd get more dates too but they were just talking about the new tour that starts today.

 

Keith kills it with his cleans Low Teens is literally perfect

 

The only thing I dislike about Low Teens, is that Two Summers is on the actual album, while Nothing Visible, and Skin Without Bones arent. The two bonus tracks may be some of my favorite ETID songs of all time. Gonna jam to this record now, its been a few days.

 

I agree. Two Summers is a good song but I don't think it needs to be on the album, it should have been a B Side.

 

Whichever song ends with "have you thought about smiling more" should have def been on the album

 

That'd be Nothing Visible

 

I remember on the last podcast, Andy said there was a song on the album he wished they had left off. Said it was one of the more rockier songs and that they have just done that type of song way better in the past. He ended with "You'll know what song I'm talking about when you beat it." Knew it was Two Summers on first listen.

If you got a problem with Two Summers you got a problem with me. I've also been listening to Skin Without Bones a lot lately. That should have been on the album over 1977 or Awful Lot.

 

Listening to this for the first time in months

My main thought: why the fuck haven't I listened to this in months?

 

The CD has been in my car since I bought it back in September haha. It's an amazing listen when you're cruising down the highway.
