My mom says a Jehovah's witness rang her doorbell and handed her my album. Living in the city, I've forgotten they existed!

 

There's some major irony there.

 

I really want andy to do a podcast or interview where he talks track by track about the lyrical meanings and stories on the record. @Jason Tate get him on encore! Haha I don't suppose it would be good to have two full podcasts dedicated to one band.

 

When we hang in Sept. I'm really debating asking him what "I felt a black man, in my teeth" means.

Is it just a cavity....or something deeper...

At least for my first few listens, I'm going to bust out my wired Klipsch Reference headphones. They're the best ones I own, but because of the cord, and they're heavy, I don't use them usually.

This is by far the best review I've seen, actually sort of dives into the themes of the record. I noticed the recurring guitar riff too.

The Maze is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard. What's more gorgeous than a choir of Andys?

 

I straight up had a dream that I cried listening to The Maze last night. Haven't even heard it yet lol.
