all the pop punk bands are going to play at the same time and it'll work because they all sound the same anyways

 

I can't tell if this is for real or some elaborate joke spanning a number of threads I've never visited.

background for those who don't know: someone came in and said there was a tour with a big, newer pop punk band breaking up, with four other big pop punk bands supporting

people kept asking about it so now it's just a fantastic running joke

 

But real talk goddammit when is this being announced!?! I'll lose my mind. I need some TWY.

I heard tours get announced very soon after warped tour. Is this true? Cuz theres just about zero bands scheduled to tour in the coming months.

 

Absolutely, last year about 12 different tours with warped tour bands on it just popped up, even during the last week of warped

 

Awesome. I know Neck Deep said they were gonna be touring very soon after warped towards the end of their set, so thats big news.

I'm going to assume today or early next week, with tickets on sale the Friday after it's announced.

You misheard, only TWY is breaking up! But they are doing 2 sets, so they're opening for themselves! The Wonder Years opening for The Wonder Years, that's non-traditional!

 

Can't remember if someone has said this but SWMRS said they'd be back in Pittsburgh in the Fall last night so keep an eye out for that tour

Usually starts with the last week of tour and the Monday after the last day is the biggest bundle of announcements.
