In a raid?

 

Yup. They're everywhere.

 

I was at the pogo fest in Chicago today. it was an absolute disaster. I've never witnessed such a cluster fuck in person before. one of the most frustrating and miserable days for me in a long time.

 

Yeah there's an Articuno raid near me right now, tier 5. Is it just that & Lugia available right now? (Not that it matter to me seeing as I can't even find enough people to do a tier-3 around here)

That's true. Can't believe how badly this whole thing turned out.

 

A Lugia raid showed up this morning outside of our main part of town, and then an Articuno. We had 20 people for the raid, took him down easy. Unfortunately he ran on me.

 

Also, double xp, stardust, and candies currently. As well as 1/3 the walking distance for buddy candies.

 

Eggs have been reduced too unless that's for something else. It's only .7km for my two 2km eggs I have going.

 

Yeah my incubators currently say x0.33 when you go to select one

 

Guess that doesn't apply to eggs already being incubated? Mine still show regular distance

 

I think that's correct. My cousin has a 5k already going and the distance stayed the same for him.

 

Sucks the egg distance isn't retroactive. That's actually super lame.

 

Double candy + Pinnap berry = money

This weekend has been bittersweet. Been on a little trip where the Pokémon have been insane....except my phone can't handle this game for any more than 30 minutes before it dies.

 

My first Legendary. Decent stats. Have yet to try a Lugia raid.

 

Ummm I thought you were supposed to get your raid pass back if you exit the lobby before it starts... I guess not though. Thanks Niantic.

 

I feel like that should be the new 'Thanks, Obama.'

 

Hey now. Niantic has brought many together. Hundreds actually.

Also finally hatched the right Tyrogue. 233 caught with only Lugia and Unown available to me.

 

Congrats to you! I know it will happen eventually for me. I have 6 5km eggs loaded up today. Gotta hatch em all.

Side note: this has been dope for recouping Stardust. Needs to be a week long thing not a 48 hour window.

 

Finally got some candy for the first time ever from feeding berries to a Pokemon in a gym.

 

So I finally gave up my hunt for a good Porygon last night and evolved my really bad one.

You know what happened today....

 

Just got my ass kicked repeatedly by Articuno, along with about 20 other people. We didn't even put a dent in that thing.

 

Damnit. Swore I'd never spend money on this game but just bought 5 bucks of coins so I could get some more raid passes. Biked around town for a few hours tonight and hit 2 Articuno's and 1 Lugia. Caught none. I did get lots of mosquito bites though so that's something.

 

Except my first raid, I've yet to have seen another player to even attempt a higher level raid with. It's frustrating.

 

So you couldn't beat it even with a full party of 20?!
