Am I the only one who is made a little uncomfortable by the fact that Jericho is about to devote an episode of TIJ to talking about Benoit's murder-suicide for the third time? One with Chavo, one with Nancy's sister, one with Meltz. Seems to be bordering on the exploitative where as it originally felt informational.

 

Raw is getting desperate.

 

This would the best thing they could do. Followed by a dominant title run.

Did they announce the triple threat match for next week yet?

 

Personally I think it depends on the content and what new information/perspective Meltzer provides. With the first two podcasts, they gave looks into two different parts of Benoit's life. Not sure how much new information can be provided here since most of the aspects of Benoit's wrestling life would have seemingly been covered in the Chavo podcast. I'll still be giving it a listen though.

 

Fair enough. It just seems like a bit much to focus specifically on one tragedy. Give me a Guerrero ep or two with the same people where they can celebrate and share stories, or if we're going down the dark route, give me Nowinski to go over brain damage-related tragedies in general. Three episodes on Benoit feels a little "for the clicks" to me.

That said I'll be listening too.

I loved AA and can now understand why as a team kinda died off. Makes sense. Like DIY, the guys are an awesome team but really are better suited to be in singles action. Gable is a big part of the future, kid is a stud and I've praised him since I first saw him on NXT.
