I know too many people (often girls, not that it matters) who play games frequently, like Smash, MH, Pokemon, as a way to socialize. They're so far removed from COD or GG or whatever, and they'll probably never play HL2 or Infinite, but I'd say they're still gamers.

 

I rarely buy movies anymore but I pre-ordered Deadpool with the quickness today off iTunes

ive not! i'm actually not too big a fan of TB but if you recommend this i'll try to find the time to check it out

 

It's been a long time since I've been into video games. When I get my desktop back I've been thinking of getting into LoL again. Never really cared to call myself a "gamer" or not.

 

Feels like a lot of GGers are in the young white male - nice guy phase, resentful of anyone encroaching on their "turf". Really hard for me to take them seriously outside of their harassment campaigns.

Just don't think the movement has legs.

I play the Sims sometimes and that's about it lol. I have a ps2 but I rarely finish games. I play avidly for a few days and then get busy with life so I stop, and then I forget what I was doing in the game. I've been playing Silent Hill 2 for like 5 years now and I'm not far at all lol.

 

Upon further evaluation, probably not my best move to try out two new exercise classes yesterday considering I'm seeing Underoath tonight. Waking up hurt, let alone moving.

 

I got a PS4 recently and the only game I ever play anymore is Rocket League lol it's so dumb

 

I've got a PS3 that I still use all the time. My backlog is so big that it'll be forever before I upgrade.

I had a lot of fun at the Celtics game last night. Wow, do those teams not like each other!

 

There are RREEEEEEALLLLLYYY good deals right now on stuff. I got Killzone, Beyond Two Souls, The Order, and Bully for under $40.

 

Same. Although I'm going to need a PS4 later this year for Final Fantasy XV. Til then there are plenty of PS3 games for me

 

my first handheld was the 3DS 2 years ago haha

I had The Sims 1 and all its expansion packs. I was a diehard fan until The Sims 4. I have The Sims 3 and a couple of packs. I haven't played in a while though.

My wife just bought the new Sims a few days ago. I don't understand that game but she/her friends love it. I have a Ps4 gift card I've been holding on to since Christmas for some reason that I'll probably use on Uncharted 4

 

The Sims is definitely a game ive never been able to understand the appeal of but hey to each their own

Really wish my roommate would stay up here on the weekends we go to Philly. Such a pain to drive down by myself or pick him up on the way.

Sims was fun, fond memories of the first and 2nd games, hell even the console ports were kind of good and even a bit more gamey than the PC version (I remember they had specific goals in those, sort of a precursor to the wishes system in 3 and 4).

 

Sims is similar to Minecraft/Terraria for me in that I get the appeal, but I don't have the patience for them

 

I can really only enjoy modded Minecraft as it just adds so much more to do, love having automation chains

 

So excited to see KevDev tomorrow and pretty excited to see MBD
