I'm probably in the minority here, but Descensus has grown to become my favorite album of theirs.

Not my favorite, but probably my second favorite at this point. Juturna is still tops for me and OLG and Descensus fight it out for second, but those 3 are all pretty close.

BSN and VW would be in the second tier, and I still like them both, I just don't go back to them as much unless there's a specific song I'm in the mood for.

Also, am I the only one here who loves "Birth of the Economic Hit Man"?

 

OLG is number 1 in every category.

 

The first three yes, but best closer? No way

 

I love "Birth of the Economic Hit Man". Insanely great album opener. That main riff is one of their best.

 

All Your Friends Are Gone might be my favourite Circa song, by far their best closer imo.

 

Juturna sold out before I could get to it, but I picked up Jane Doe and In the Mountain In the Cloud.

Best closer for me is easily Descensus but I'm not sure how I'd rank the rest of their stuff in terms of best albums or best artwork so I'm not even going to try

 

I like all their closers but "House of Leaves" is still the number one by a wide margin. That song is so good.

My only real Circa Surive ranking opinion is that Strange Terrain and Get Out are my favorite Circa Survive songs, and BSN/OLG are probably my two favorite albums.

 

It's up there for me, but they honestly don't have a bad opener. My least favorite would probably be "Strange Terrain", but I even have an affinity for that because it reminds me of Days Away.
