Just in time for Splatoon 2

 

I ended up making a high impulse buy of one of the BOTW/pro controller Gamestop bundles that @nomemorial tipped the thread off to early in the week. Bless up.

 

Just got 100% in Crash 1. That shit was hard.

About to start 2. Cortex Strikes Back is the one I played the most as a kid (and adult for that matter) so I'm really excited to dig in. Way more familiar with these levels so I'm looking forward to seeing them in HD.

 

Now that I'm just about done with all 3 games, I can confidently say that Crash 3 sucks. It just does a lot of the mini game type levels for the sake of it being there and when there is actual platforming, its very basic. I just haven't had fun with this in the way I had fun with the first two.

 

I still love Crash 3 even if it is way easier. I love the vibes of that game and I think I like the gimmick levels more than most seem to. I love all three games for different reasons.

 

Kyle and Ian from EZA stremed it, and looked solid.

 

Oh by the way people, I watched the (weirdly short) first season of the Netflix Castlevania show and it's great

 

Saw it got picked up for another

 

It better, it's four episodes (20 minutes each) and the story has only really just started

I've been seriously neglecting my Vita the past couple years, so I started Dragon's Crown last night. Really fun game and the handheld gives me something to do when my daughter is using the TV

That's true. But you have to figure out a control configuration that works for the game (I think P2/R2 map to the bank touch pad by default, which I don't like). Plus I have a lot of unplayed Vita games and PS1/PSP games downloaded anyway

I don't mind the simple games like Candy Crush, etc but I rarely play those anyway. Handheld gaming beyond the Gameboy was meh as well. I had a Game Gear. Do you like carrying around a brick? If so, then that's the handheld for you!
