Backseat Serenade is in the bottom half of their discography. It might be my least favorite song on Don't Panic.

The first half of Don't Panic is still their peak imo

Not gonna lie I kind of wish for the 10 year anniversary of Nothing Personal someone asks Alex "So 10 years later, how do you feel about "too much of anything is too much"?

It's not a bad song but they have so much better than that

Really great song. Don't Panic was awesome too.

Easily one of the worst songs they've done by a large margin.

Stella is easily my favorite song from Nothing Personal but I love the heck out of Lost In Stereo as well.

Stella is one of my favorites too, the hook is insane.

I've only heard this all the way through once so far but my first impression is that while the production is absolutely fantastic, I didn't find the songs themselves very memorable at all. I think the best songs were the ones that were already released along with Afterglow. Will definitely keep listening though, this seems like a grower for sure.

Chiming in on a few other things:

-Don't Panic is by far their best work imo and their only album that's good all the way through. I listened to the extended version a few days ago and it never dragged at all for me. I'm very confident in calling this their best.
-The first half of Nothing Personal is incredible, and Weightless is still probably the best song they've ever made, but it falls off pretty badly in the second half I think.
-SRIR and PUOSU are fine. Overrated, but enjoyable.
-Future Hearts has some of the band's best work ever on it (particularly the final track, Kids in the Dark, and a few more) but also some of their blandest.
-If Dirty Work was an EP with just Do You Want Me Dead, Guts, Under a Paper Moon, and Heroes, I would love it. Since basically every other song on there is bad it's very easily their worst, though I know that's not a controversial opinion.

I'm from Maryland so I've known of this band for a very long time. While I'd never call them one of my favorite bands, I genuinely enjoy most of their work and I love seeing them live. Can't wait to dive into this album more, and to see how they integrate the new songs into their sets.

    ok fine, I'll do it

    PUOSU > NP > DP > SWIR > FH > DW > TPS

with this one probably falling between FH and DW but I don't really know right now

  16. Hmm, if I had to it'd probably be this:

    DP>PUOSU>SWRIR>TPS=NP>>>FH>LYR>>>DW

Which makes me look like I'm only into their pop punk stuff but I actually like when they experiment. Their most consistent records are their pop punk ones though.

    We're doing this now?

    FH > DP > NP > SWIR > DW > PUOSU > TPS

Last Young Renegade falls somewhere around Future Hearts. Right now I think I like it more, but I want to give it time for that "Ooh new music" feeling to fade. Overall though, except for Dirty Work, I really think these guys have gotten better with each album.

If you like So Wrong It's Right, I honestly don't know why you couldn't like Put Up Or Shut Up more, let alone listen to it.

    Things have changed.

I'll never understand how people rank Put Up Or Shut Up so much higher than The Party Scene when five of the seven songs are old. "Coffee Shop Soundtrack" and "Jasey Rae" are good, but not that good.
