With Brand New I'm happy to wait until they have something incredible. With blink I just want them to get my disappointment out the way nowadays and stop me hoping for something decent.

    I am a haunted house. I'm superstitious.

I have a feeling we're getting something incredible from both bands.

BN at least released two songs "recently" with Mene and Sealed to me..

Did they really release Sealed To Me though? That's just live recordings.

I've never felt that any of the songs on untitled were blink at it's best.

Agreed. Aside from Stockholm, Not Now, Violence, Feeling This, and in a way, I Miss You, I find most of the songs to be fairly average. Not bad by any means, but not great.

  8. I felt Untitled was the best thing Blink ever released.

the untitled album is so far ahead of everything else they've ever done

Well that's just like your opinion, man.

    Enema is their masterpiece, IMO.

Enema and untitled are their two best records for two VERY different reasons

I was 12 when untitled came out, I Remeber really liking it, but really missing the fast punk songs. Wasn't until about 2-3 years later that I really grew to love and appreciate it. Great record. I can see why it may not be everyone's favorite (given the amazing discography from them), but it's definitely their best musically, instrumentally.

It's by far my personal favorite but the band's best album musically is enema, without question.

Also, I've been listening to a lot of b-sides lately, really wish they could see the light of day on streaming services.. They Came To Conquer... Uranus is really solid. Would be really cool if they'd put up the bonus tracks from TOYPAJ. Transvestite and The Family Next Door as well.

  18. I guess I love Untitled so much because I got tired of the fart, poop and dick jokes. I don't know I guess I just loved the maturity and darker vibe on untitled.

I'm not sitting through another ranking.

We need this song asap before everyone starts screaming their opinions.

I thought they were far more interesting musically on the self-titled. More diverse and experimental.

Enema has always gotten a lot of flack from people who aren't crazy about it for being relatively simple musically (drums aside) and whatnot, but in the last almost 17 years I haven't heard another pop-punk record that can hold a candle to it.

I agree with you so much on this. I think that's why I enjoy Neighborhoods (even with its faults) so much as well.

Enema is my least favorite aside from Cheshire Cat

Said I'm okay, but I know how to lie.

I don't like Untitled very much either. Enema and TOYPAJ are 10/10's for me, Dude Ranch is pretty good and Cheshire Cat is a lot of fun for what it's supposed to be. Neighborhoods is their worst.
