GTAV, Tomb Raider, Dishonored, DmC, I'm sure there's more.

 

I think it is fair to say I am excited.

 

Just a quick tip on that, when I played it helped to look for flying enemies to locate them all.

 

Think i'm gonna go back tonight and get the rest to upgrade some weapons before the final battle.

Then gonna go get the rest of the Gold Bolts/Raritanium on Planets before I beat the game and replay in challenge mode.

 

I have a bad habit of impulse purchasing Virtual Console games on my N3DS and never playing them, so I've been trying to rectify that on my commute to/from work. Got a few dungeons into Link's Awakening DX, loved it, but decided to bookmark it because I realized I had never fully completed the original Legend of Zelda. Playing that now, and man, it is all kinds of impressive for the NES/it's time. Real sense of exploration, and void of all the handholding that has hampered more recent entries(Skyward Sword).

 

Got it last night, I was missing the ones that are kinda near the ship where the gold bolt is.

 

Yeah I'm currently trying to go back to find the Gold Bolts/Raritarium now. I will say I forgot how many planets this game had, and am pretty happy with the variety.

Will definitely tackle Challenge mode once it's all over.

 

Yeah those 3 were the last ones I found too.

 

I've never played a Mafia game but I'll quite excited for this one because of the setting, time period, and things the game has to say with its story. Also Hanger 13 is comprised of some of the most talented game devs in the industry and they have a lot to prove for the new studio with this one. Visually it looks fantastic, hopefully the gameplay and story come together as well.

 

Just beat Quantum Break. Loved it. Does a good job of ramping up, hitting a climax, and then the ending is ok. I really enjoyed the powers and combat. Acting in game and in the TV show was excellent.

 

Looks like it will be a solid game, just hope they take what was great from the last game and flesh it out and improve upon it because even though I really liked that game it is flawed and hasn't dated all that well.

 

I loved Mafia 2, so stoked for this but damn October feels like forever away.

 

It will arrive quicker than you think.

 

I tried the final fight 10 times last night, hopefully can knock it out tonight. Not looking forward to it on Hard haha

 

I want Mafia 3 now.

I would trade all the games in May for Mafia 3 in May.

I would be okay with Mafia 3 in May and everything else in May that I'm interested in (Mirrors Edge, Doom, UC4) to be delayed to October.

Dude that final boss fight is such bullshit. Especially since you have to walk up to a character, do the interaction THEN watch/skip the cutscene (wait for loading) every time to do the fight over again after dying. It's pretty simple to get through and survive once you know what you're doing but there's just so much happening on screen with effects and colors and then lack of color when you're hurt then the camera locking on at certain points messing up your sense of direction... ugh, only part of the game I really didn't enjoy. I just wanted it to end.

 

I'm only in Act 3 part 2 of Quantum Break. I'm enjoying it so far, but haven't been hooked yet. The graphics are great, love the acting and story elements, BUT I want to pick up every intel/narrative and some of those emails take fucking ages to read through. I've got a love/hate thing going on with them. I like learning more about the story, but when I start reading an email and it lasts for 3-4 minutes, and then right after there's another one, it really disrupts the flow. Of course this is optional and I don't have to even read them.

So far the only narrative picks ups that I've thoroughly enjoyed though has to be the Time Knife script. So funny.

 

I guess Afterbirth isn't coming to the PS4 for 2-3 weeks. Mehhhhh

 

Just..no. NO! NO! Mafia 3 can wait, since I still need to play 2 haha

Yeah, I watched Maka's guide for it and realized some very simple things I was doing wrong and not aware of on my first 20 tries. So tonight or tomorrow, I'll give it another go and see how I fair.

Easily the most frustrating boss fight in a long time, loved the rest of the game though.

 

Just got the map-o-matic. This has helped tremendously with Gold Bolts, Telepathopus Brains, Raritanium, etc.

 

UC4 may be the first exclusive of this generation that I'm legit excited for.

 

I'm glad I finished Dark Souls so fast so I can give Uncharted 4 the attention it deserves. I'm really hoping it's going to take that franchise to the next level to finish things off.
