UGh I couldn't stand Your Neck when that album came out haha. It just felt so cheesy in the worst ways. But I do really like the little piano bit and the final chorus.

Dan was so fuckign good on that album, and on the b-sides. They also seemed to respond to fan sentiment about wanting more dual vocals songs for that album too which was great. Dethed is catchy as hell, I personally would have preferred that as a single over Burn, but....at least the Burn video was cool.

I do think it's strange that it was the album that got the most push from a label considering the albums immediately before and after it are better heh. Still so disappointed a video to All On Black never materialized.

 

It's funny you know they did a decent amount of late night show appearances for Good Mourning and Crimson.

 

Yeah I remember them doing All On Black on Letterman, and I think they played there a couple of times actually, I wonder if Dave was a fan. Derek looked like a straight up zombie for that performance haha. They did Conan and Time to Waste too I remember.

 

I also think they did Burn on Kilbourne or whatever his name is lol

 

Yeah I think it was Ferguson by then? But yeah right show lol. I liked when they did This Addiction on Letterman and he dug the drums haha

Haha I watched a lot of Letterman and had no idea this was a thing. Still he seemed to genuinely like Derek's drumming haha.

Maybe? But Pvris is on this summer tour already (even if there are a lot of gaps), but still

If I remember correctly the reason they signed to epic in the first place is because the people they were working with on their label before were absorbed somehow into epic, and then those people ended up being fired from epic as well so they left too.

I love how blinks Twitter account has been liking/sharing tweets of people with their new vinyls, but it cracks me seeing so many say things like "BEST ALBUM EVER!!", etc. I mean, I love blink, they're my favorite band, but c'mon now lol

I'm one of those fans that has Crimson and Good Mourning as their favorites but I love all of their stuff, even This Addiction

I could have sworn that Mark mentioned somewhere that they were going to tour more in the US after their European tour then go back into the studio at the end of the year. Maybe I was just dreaming the tour part but it would only make sense that they would otherwise why would they randomly play a one off concert in Knoxville/Nashville/whatever in September?

 

Blink doesn't need to tour after the Summer. Yea, I can't handle another tour.

 

They'll may do a small summer tour when they get back from the U.K. (Their last show this year currently is my rescheduled Knoxville show. But I imagine after September they won't do any more tours and start work on LP8 in December like Mark said.

 

Oh yeah I forgot about LP8. Hopefully that changes.
