1) How do tag team cage matches work? Second teammate to escape wins or first?

2) What kayfabe reason do the Hardyz have for picking a cage match? During WM the announcers were all like "Hardyz and Ladders go hand in hand" and then they get to pick the stip and the go with a cage? Would've made more sense coming from Cesaro/Sheamus which makes the whole "winner picks the stipulation" even more dumb.

 

From what I've seen in the past, both members of the team have to escape to win.
