so weird to me how much NBA twitter and this thread hates a bad team like the Rockets, guess its Harden, Dwight and Beverley's fault

i love cheering for guys like Ariza, Capela, Beasley, McDaniels

not sure if id rather this or going back to the loveable losers always barely missing the playoffs at the tail end of Yao's career

 

9th seed forever right? What a weird team that was. I loved Lowry and was like "that was a mistake" when they traded him. Peak scola was also pretty solid.

It's definitely just Harden and Dwight for me. I've never hated them as an organization, I just can't stand them.

 

I totally forgot about battier and the impact he made on that grizzlies team when they traded him. Why isn't Andersen ever coming back to the NBA though? Loved using him in 2k

 

as a jazz fan, absolutely hated the tmac/yao era.. those series were brutal.

 

Just watched the Pistons-Cavs game. Pistons really let that one go. Taking one on the road from the Cavs would have been huge for them. I feel like Cleveland is going to come out a lot stronger in game 2.

Rockets/Jazz have had some battles, those Olajuwon/Malone series were brutal

 

Don't think it's so much if Cleveland will come out stronger. I think the Cavs actually did play pretty well overall. The real question, for me, is if Detroit can shoot like that again for even another half. Was that just variance or a more direct result of the Cavs' strategy to keep Drummond in check?

Although I don't know if the Cavs can turn it over less than five times again, either. Should be interesting.
