Wednesday on top in that half of Extra time. Huddersfield look very tired. Pulling for a Huddersfield win

 

Juventus go into the UCL Final with the treble on the line (barring freak losses to teams at 18th and 15th in the table the final two weeks of the league).

Still kinda shocks me that Madrid haven't won a treble yet

 

Juventus win the Coppa Italia, Monaco win the Ligue 1 title, Real Madrid 3 points clear going into Sunday.

Gutted. Worry that Carvalhal might leave now. We need to strengthen at the back and I think this squad can go on to win the league next year.

Can't understand why we played so differently over the two legs then we did during our 6 game winning run.

Not surprised Forestieri missed the pen, he's been dreadful over the two legs. Wallace going off in the first couple minutes was a devastating blow for us. Also taking off Fletcher shortly after we scored was a shocker. He was the only one that looked like scoring.

Very much hope Huddersfield go on to win the final. Would rather another northern team go up.

 

Carvalhal is out of contract isn't he? Think that would be a disaster if he left

 

Yes. He only ever wants a one year rolling contact. I'd be gutted to see him go. Our owner means business though so I'm sure he'd bring in a suitable replacement.

Carvalhal has just said on the radio that Rhodes said he wasn't confident enough to take a pen. Just makes me even more gutted as he'd be the one I'd back over anyone.

 

Whenever someone mentions Jordan Rhodes, I get a little nauseous inside.

I'm really happy for you. I always wanted to go before it was gone but that's not how life works sometimes.

I'm getting by. The last 12-18 months have been a bit shit if I'm being honest. But I've moved into a nice place out in the country where I can just think about life, ya know? I can finally just breathe and focus on being a good dad and husband without too many distractions. How are you doing?

Went to the absolute picking apart of Bournemouth 4-0 a month or whatever ago. It was fantastic.

When are you having us all out to your place?

 

Yeah, I am mostly out of the darkness. There was a lot of bad stuff going on with my mom there for a while, stuff that made me lose a lot of faith in a lot of people. But I just talked with one of my old friends last night after three years of not seeing him, so I'm in a really good mood. I've also only got one semester left of school which was some additional stress that I didn't particularly like.

As far as coming to my place, you're welcome here whenever you want to make your way this way. Just gimme like an hour heads up or whatever so I can pull out the pillows, blankets, etc.
