I remember reading a review of one of their early post reunion show in a german alternative music magazine. The article criticized their performance in the vein of "it appears that these three still did not manage to fix their communucation problems. It seems like three different bands on stage."

Back in 09 I thought this was ridiculous..looking back at it now, the journalist was totalls right though..

 

Leaks are kind of annoying when all your music is now through Spotify do I don't have any uploaded music on my phone. I can wait until Friday to press 1 button and have it on my phone in my library.

I got an email last night saying my CD was shipped from Best Buy. I have elite membership there and usually it's 2 day shipping so I guess we'll see if my album comes early. The album was most likely be leaked soon though.

 

Just went to my local record store, they wouldn't sell

 

All it takes is one rogue record store or employee and Pandora's box will be opened.

 

In the event of a leak, what would one need to be able to download said leak straight to one's cellular device?

You couldn't listen through the Music app, but you could listen.

 

How would you download it onto an iPhone?

 

Send it via email, play it. It wont import into the apple music app but you can still play the tracks.

 

That's not really appropriate conversation for this thread. I'm just saying it IS possible.

There's some horrible file management apps for iphone that allow you to download and listen to zipped files. They are usually full of annoying ads though.

 

If I don't have immediate access to something I want to DL i usually have a friend DL it/they already have it DLed and they send me the zip file via iMessage and it I can listen to it that way.

 

How can you send it via email if you can't download it to the iPhone in the first place? That's the point I'm making. I don't think it's possible to download/listen to a leak by solely using an iPhone. You would need to add a computer into the equation at some point.

 

Depends on how you download it. If its a pure mp3-like file, you can play it in the browser. There are some apps for Zip files.

 

If you use Chrome on the iPhone, at least, you can download all kinds of files.

 

There is one server that usually have all Album the day they leaked and you can listening them right on page,just can't skip the songs tho.i used it for a Menzingers and NFG albums.so you don't have to downloading anything

LOL So in my town there is this local flower shop that is known for putting corny sayings on their billboard out front by the road each day. Today reads:

'We have so many hit plants, just call us Bulb-182'

We're so close now that I don't really think I have any interest in downloading a leak. Maybe I'm just not as pumped after this last batch of songs, but I think I'll wait until my preorder starts downloading.
